Salary: £47,000 - £57,000

What you will do

• Lead and evolve the testing strategy for defined product areas, embedding quality across the full software lifecycle.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites to support delivery at scale.
• Review new features, define test plans, and collaborate with engineers to ensure performance and reliability.
• Act as a quality advocate, influencing best practices and driving early defect prevention.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster a strong learning culture.

Requirements

• Experience in manual and automated testing, including unit, integration, browser, exploratory, and regression testing.
• Proven experience in running accessibility testing in line with WCAG and hirify.global guidelines.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
• Experience working closely with multi-discipline agile teams (Product Managers, UX Designers, Tech Leads).
• Ability to write test approaches, triage issues in JIRA, and issue summary reports to stakeholders.
• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid work in London, Salford, or Glasgow.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cypress or Playwright.
• Knowledge of AWS and AWS tools.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Confluence, and Grafana.
