What you will do

• Provide strategic advice and best practice governance for pension schemes to help clients navigate complex regulations.
• Lead and manage key client projects, ensuring they are delivered smoothly and on time.
• Coordinate between Trustee boards, companies, and other advisors as part of a unified team.
• Deliver technical advice and support colleagues within the wider Actuarial & Consulting team.
• Identify and assist in the development of new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a pensions consultant, secretary, or in-house pensions manager.
• Strong project management and client delivery skills, with the ability to balance multiple demands.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex problems simply to stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset and a desire to contribute to business growth.
• Must be located in the UK to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Actuarial or PMI qualifications.
