What you will do

• Drive design strategies, frameworks, and principles for Generative AI concepts to accelerate large-scale initiatives.
• Develop scalable platform solutions by leveraging and contributing to the hirify.global design system across web and mobile.
• Create high-level frameworks for problem spaces, detailed design specs for E2E initiatives, and ideal-state prototypes.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Product Management, and Data/Analytics teams to optimize user needs and business goals.
• Mentor team members and cultivate a culture of high velocity, experimentation, and shared learnings.
• Design and implement hirify.globalive, engaging user experiences specifically for iOS and Android applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with strong visual and interaction skills.
• Must be based in California, USA (outside the Bay Area).
• Proven track record in mobile product development and applying user-centered design (UCD) processes.
• Deep knowledge of innovation, storytelling, prototyping, and design frameworks.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.
• Strong online portfolio demonstrating professional design work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design best practices.
