Vice President (Equity Capital Markets)

Salary: $250,000–$300,000

What you will do

• Originate and lead equity capital market transactions for financial sponsors, venture capital, and corporate clients.
• Develop strategic content for client meetings regarding M&A and capital market opportunities.
• Coordinate between internal product groups and external parties including client management, investors, and lawyers.
• Mentor and oversee the analytical work of junior team members (analysts and associates).
• Perform investor targeting and analyze comparable companies and institutional cross-ownership.
• Manage the end-to-end transaction process for high-priority equity financings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience within ECM or Capital Markets.
• 2+ years of experience leading deal teams of analysts and associates.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional maturity to interact with all levels of firm professionals and external clients.
• Must be located in New York, NY.
