What you will do

• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain infusion pumps and related medical devices.
• Provide technical customer service and support for electronic equipment.
• Perform installations and regular preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency repair calls in workshop and healthcare environments.
• Manage parts inventory by ordering replacement components as necessary.

Requirements

• Associate's or technical degree.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Ability to travel frequently and work non-standard schedules.
• Must comply with healthcare customer vaccination requirements (e.g., COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B).
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance is required.
