What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop regional FAS managers and Field Application Scientists across North America.
• Define and implement FAS strategies aligned with commercial goals to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex scientific and technical challenges.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to capture and relay voice-of-customer insights.
• Deliver technical and application-focused training sessions to the broader commercial organization.
• Define and track KPIs to optimize team performance and resource allocation.

Requirements

• PhD in biochemistry, biotechnology, molecular biology, or related discipline (Master's may be substituted with additional experience).
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in field application or technical support roles.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in biochemistry, molecular biology, clinical, or discovery labs.
• Deep expertise in immunoassays and protein biochemistry.
• Ability to travel up to 30% within North America.
