What you will do

• Extend and evolve the brand visual system and identity across all company touchpoints.
• Drive end-to-end campaign creative for digital, OOH, social, and experiential channels.
• Design across a full channel mix including web, email, paid social, performance creative, and event materials.
• Collaborate with the video team on storyboards, motion assets, and graphic overlays.
• Translate dense financial concepts into visual storytelling that resonates with tech founders.
• Integrate AI tools (Claude and others) into the workflow for ideation, brief drafting, and asset production.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in brand design with a mix of agency and in-house background.
• Must be based in NYC for on-site work.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual range, systems thinking, and high craft.
• Genuine professional fluency with AI design tools.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Working knowledge of motion design, storyboarding, and directing video assets.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with product design principles.
• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Background in art direction or creative strategy.
