TL;DR

Designer (Graphic Design): Developing visual assets across digital, experiential, brand, and content platforms with an accent on design fundamentals and high-quality execution. Focus on translating creative concepts into polished deliverables and maintaining brand integrity across multiple media.

Location: Must be based in New York (Hybrid: 4 days in office, Fridays remote)

Salary: $80,000–$90,000/year

What you will do

  • Design compelling creative assets for digital, print, experiential, and motion media.
  • Develop visual concepts for branded content, campaigns, and experiences from layout to final production.
  • Execute design work aligned with established creative direction, brand systems, and client goals.
  • Collaborate with Design Directors, Creative Directors, strategists, copywriters, and producers.
  • Support new business efforts by assisting with pitch decks, mockups, and visual storytelling.
  • Prepare and archive design files according to studio best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience in an agency, studio, or brand environment.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong execution across digital, print, and experiential work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Must be able to work in the New York office 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday).
  • Professional communication skills for internal reviews and collaborative settings.

Nice to have

  • Experience with motion design or 3D tools.
