Salary: $135,000 – $185,000 / CA$125,000 – CA$175,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Overhaul existing customer communications across CRM, email, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Transition brand messaging from functional and direct to value-additive and relationship-driven.
• Build the brand playbook and define personality and voice in partnership with the CEO.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Growth teams to increase engagement and long-tail conversion.
• Develop creative organic content for social media and community growth to build brand affinity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on organic growth and copywriting.
• Proven track record with organic channels such as email, SMS, and social media.
• Experience working with consumer brands.
• Must be based in the US or Canada to be eligible for benefits and payroll.
• A strong portfolio showcasing writing and creative craft.
• Bachelor's Degree.
