Salary Range: $80,237 - $139,077

What you will do

  • Assist in implementing hirify.global's Claim Source revenue cycle management system
  • Review internal processes, recommend changes for efficiency, automation, and effectiveness
  • Document complex solutions for internal and external clients
  • Assess project complexity, estimate timelines, and monitor tasks
  • Communicate status with team, end-users, and clients, including regular calls
  • Analyze customer data, perform optimizations, edit reviews, and evaluate payer notifications
  • Provide technical support: testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and program updates

Requirements

  • 4+ years in healthcare revenue cycle and hospital/clinic billing
  • 4+ years with host system installations and migrations (Epic, Cerner)
  • 4+ years with ICD10 diagnosis/procedure codes, CPT-4 codes, 837 format, UB04/1500/ADA forms, and medical billing process
  • Bachelor's degree beneficial
