D365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant (ERP)

TL;DR

D365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant (ERP): Implement Finance & Accounting processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets in enterprise ERP projects with an accent on full lifecycle implementations for Manufacturing and Distribution industries. Focus on driving requirements analysis, design, testing, and collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Location: Remote + 25-50% travel may be required. US Citizen or Green Card Holder required.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (midpoint).

What you will do

• Work on 4-6 member implementation teams for Enterprise ERP projects.
• Implement D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes directly with clients.
• Collaborate with functional and technical team members for successful implementations.
• Drive requirements, analysis, design, and testing phases.
• Mentor newer consultants on processes and solution design.
• Stay current on D365 F&O capabilities and utilize LCS, DevOps, and standard tools.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years financial implementation experience in ERP systems, including 2+ years in D365 F&O.
• Hands-on experience in Manufacturing and/or Distribution industry.
• 4+ full lifecycle implementations.
• Areas of concentration: GL, AR, AP, FA, Manufacturing & Distribution Costing, Projects.
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Nice to have

• D365 F&O (or AX 2012 R3) Finance certification.
• Supply chain or manufacturing certification (CSCP, CPIM, etc.).
• Prior experience working at a Consultancy.
