Location: Remote, must have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate by video in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network (minimum internet download of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed. 100 down/20 up is recommended to support higher quality video meetings)

Salary: $19.46 Hourly Wage

hirify.global Incorporated is seeking a Fitness Network Support - FNM to join our Fitness Network Management (FNM) department.

What you will do

• Perform fitness center retention and rate revision outreach.
• Provide follow-up to rate revisions and collect fitness center data.
• Provide follow-up to fitness center resignations.
• Document activity using the appropriate systems within CRM.
• Renegotiate fitness center reimbursement rates.
• Participate in training and team meetings.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. If equivalent experience, high school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, resolving complex issues.
• Excellent computer skills to include Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Must be flexible and be willing to perform wide range of responsibilities to meet departmental or company goals.
