What you will do

• Serve as dedicated point of contact for clients and candidates on drug and occupational health screening requests.
• Research and call collection sites/clinics to provide tailored solutions for candidate needs.
• Handle inquiries via calls, emails, texts, or Salesforce.
• Register applicants for services and ensure completion.
• Perform data entry for laboratory results, physical exams, and breath alcohol tests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in drug order fulfillment and operations.

Requirements

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet searches, database lookups)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills for multiple priorities
• 1-year client service/support experience
• High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree or 2 years relevant experience preferred)
