TL;DR

Location: Fully remote, open to candidates in Florida, North Carolina, or Texas

What you will do

  • Facilitate training sessions for small to mid-sized accounts across 1-3 core platforms, including retrainings.
  • Present technical information clearly to non-technical customers and support internal staff training.
  • Manage client rollouts, installations, sales orders, and onboarding communications.
  • Handle inquiries, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalations.
  • Track work, log time, follow processes, and provide feedback on training materials.
  • Commit to platform proficiency, cross-training, and continuous skill improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years in customer service with computers.
  • Background in training, marketing, or education preferred; sound technical knowledge.
  • Basic Windows skills required; proficiency in Google Workspace; CRM/ERP (NetSuite, Salesforce) preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to explain technical info simply, work independently/team, adapt to change, and handle pressure.
  • Must be located in Florida, North Carolina, or Texas for external candidates.

Nice to have

  • Previous CRM (NetSuite, Salesforce) and ERP experience.
