Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 yearly

What you will do

• Provide legal advice to senior management and producers regarding capital markets activities.
• Serve as primary legal counsel for Fixed Income and Equity Capital Markets business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate underwriting agreements, municipal advisory agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Monitor and interpret changing laws and regulations to update internal policies and business practices.
• Manage capital markets litigation, including supervising outside counsel and coordinating resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with Compliance and risk functions on regulatory, licensing, and customer-related matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Significant experience advising financial institutions, specifically broker-dealers and municipal advisors.
• Deep knowledge of federal and state securities laws, with a focus on fixed income products.
• Proven track record in drafting transaction documentation and client-facing disclosure materials.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance in Denver, CO.
