TL;DR

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive the RCM process to ensure customers align with best practices and optimize their workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve and maintain a 95%+ gross collections rate.
  • Analyze service utilization and provide actionable recommendations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate financial, operational, or relationship-related risks to customer accounts.
  • Train and educate customers on the tools and processes required for a successful partnership.
  • Work closely with AR, Billing, Posting, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in client success, customer service, or revenue cycle management (RCM) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the RCM process and its impact on collections and customer success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Holmdel, NJ.
