What you will do

• Supervise teammates handling billing, coding, AR, denials, insurance follow-up, payment posting, and customer service.
• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly KPIs to identify trends and drive action plans improving collections, cash flow, and claim timelines.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and payer policies.
• Resolve escalated billing issues, patient concerns, claim problems, and audits.
• Lead process improvements, maintain vendor/client relationships, and handle hiring, training, and performance management.

Requirements

• 7+ years healthcare revenue cycle experience, including 3–5 years supervisory
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, collections, CPT, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding
• Experience with radiology billing preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), leadership, communication, project management skills
