What you will do

• Independently operate CNC machines according to released programs.
• Load parts, verify fixtures and tooling, and monitor machine operation and cycle times.
• Perform in-process dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Identify trends in tool wear or part variation and escalate issues to machinists or leads.
• Maintain accurate production documentation, traceability, and part labeling.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, PPE, ESD, and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is preferred.
• 1–3 years of professional CNC operation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and tolerances.
• Required: Must be eligible to work in the US and complete E-Verify authorization.
