What you will do

• Set up and grind complex parts in a high-mix, low-volume production setting.
• Interpret blueprints, process instructions, and verbal directives for precision machining.
• Perform detailed inspections of all finished work using various gauges.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve production issues within the work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of machinist experience OR graduation from a formal manufacturing/CNC certification program.
• Demonstrated experience in setting up and troubleshooting CNC machines.
• Proficiency with measuring equipment, including Micrometers and Dial Bore Gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and written instructions.
• Mandatory enrollment and participation in the F.A.A. Drug & Alcohol Program.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
