Salary: $65,000 - $180,000

What you will do
- Prospect and qualify property owners to join the marketplace as hosts.
- Execute outreach strategies including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Deliver tailored value pitches and financial ROI models to potential property owners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery calls to finalizing onboarding agreements.
- Collaborate with internal onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hosts.
- Track KPIs and conversion rates using Salesforce and Hubspot.
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, specifically within real estate or property management sectors.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify and I-9 requirements).
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce and Hubspot.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for virtual and live meetings.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
