Salary: $161,400 – $258,500 per year

What you will do

• Design and build statistical and econometric models, including regressions and forecasts, to predict financial performance.
• Analyze high‑volume datasets across transactions, pricing, and client behavior using big data techniques and AI.
• Develop repeatable analytical frameworks for use across planning cycles, forecasts, and strategic reviews.
• Translate complex analytical results into executive-ready narratives and visualizations for FP&A leadership.
• Quantify macroeconomic variables and their impact on North America business performance.
• Partner with internal teams to automate recurring analyses and ensure data scalability and quality.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. applicant.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Spark for extracting and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience generating insights via Tableau, Power BI, or visualization frameworks like GGPlot and Plotly.
• Strong expertise in data mining and statistical modeling (regression, clustering, decision trees).
• Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business and financial insights.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting FP&A, finance, strategy, or economics teams.
• Familiarity with payments, financial services, or unit-economics-driven models.
• Exposure to macroeconomic analysis, forecasting, or scenario modeling.
• Experience using Generative programming tools (Claude Code, Codex, CoPilot) to accelerate development.
