What you will do

• Architect, design, and manage complex analog and mixed-signal blocks, including full-chip schematics.
• Develop sensitive analog layouts and contribute to floor planning and optimization.
• Conduct simulations for circuit performance, yield, and manufacturability; perform signal integrity analysis.
• Create characterization plans, analyze lab data, and validate designs.
• Collaborate with architects on system trade-offs in power, cost, and performance.
• Lead design reviews, coordinate with managers on schedules, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• MSEE/PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 5+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
• Proficiency with ASIC tools (Cadence, Spectre, Virtuoso).
• Expertise in layout design for analog/mixed-signal cells.
• Ability to characterize and debug silicon in lab.
• Strong communication skills and experience with distributed teams.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (ITAR/export controls).

Nice to have

• 10+ years experience.
• Expertise in amplifiers, samplers, PLLs, ADCs, DACs.
• Experience with PLLs, DLLs, clock networks.
• Knowledge of semiconductor process technologies.
