What you will do

• Lead product strategy and discovery for specific experience areas.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to identify user problems and opportunities.
• Partner with design and engineering to ensure solutions are desirable, viable, and buildable.
• Define and track product success metrics and KPIs using experimentation and data analysis.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans, roadmaps, and detailed backlogs.
• Mentor junior Product Managers through pairing, feedback, and process guidance.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of product management experience.
• Expertise in product discovery, strategy, and delivery.
• Strong data fluency and ability to partner with analysts to drive decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Edmond, OK.
