What you will do

• Serve as a technical advisor for prospects and customers on data architecture, governance, instrumentation, and business outcomes.
• Design and execute comprehensive analytics strategies to influence business outcomes and remove technical roadblocks.
• Own onboarding and data health for strategic high-value customers, optimizing their data quality and tech stack integration.
• Collaborate with customer engineering, product management, and marketing teams to improve data trust and optimize deployments.
• Bridge the technical-business gap by translating strategic visions for CIOs into executable technical plans for developers.
• Partner with internal product and engineering teams to prioritize client-driven systems tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Solutions Architect, or similar technical consulting role.
• Experience consulting on the definition and delivery of ROI through tool implementations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from developers to VP/CIO levels.
• Proficiency in data querying, modeling, and transforming using SQL, dbt, Python, or BI tools.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) and implementation methods like SDKs, CDPs, and Reverse ETL.
