What you will do

• Perform on-site servicing, installation, and repair of complex electromechanical equipment.

• Coordinate with technical support and management to resolve escalated technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a field service environment.
• Hands-on experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Proficiency in electromechanical troubleshooting, electronic principles, and computer networking.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
• Willingness to travel and obtain Gaming Licenses in required jurisdictions.
