What you will do

• Negotiate customer-facing commercial agreements for POS and merchant acquiring businesses in the US and Canada.
• Draft partner agreements, referral agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders and legal teams on contract negotiations and regulatory filings.
• Manage pre-litigation disputes and regulatory requests.
• Lead department projects aimed at improving legal service delivery.

Requirements

• Law degree from an ABA accredited law school and membership in good standing of any state bar.
• 3-6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably a mix of law firm and in-house.
• Experience in technology, financial services, or payments industries.
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
