Salary: $181,000 – $222,000

What you will do

• Build and ship agent-driven chatbots and GenAI workflows that deliver direct customer impact.
• Own meaningful features end-to-end, from definition and design to implementation and impact measurement.
• Work hands-on with modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Codex, and Claude-style assistants.
• Collaborate with product, ML, and engineering teams in a fast-moving, ownership-driven culture.
• Continuously explore and improve methods for designing and iterating on AI-assisted software development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong foundation in software engineering and thoughtful system design.
• Experience writing reliable, durable, and easily maintainable code.
• Proven ability to proactively identify problems, learn quickly, and take initiative.
• Must be based in the US and able to work from the Mountain View HQ 2 days a week.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with GenAI and AI agents.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Copilot, Cursor, or LLMs.
