What you will do

• Design and execute incrementality tests, lift studies, and measurement frameworks to quantify campaign value.
• Develop a measurement playbook including holdouts, geo-experiments, and matched market tests.
• Collaborate with buy-side operators to optimize retargeting strategies and quantify audience worth.
• Translate complex data findings into brand-facing case studies and internal product roadmaps.
• Partner with creators, sales, and engineering to hypothesize on factors driving sponsored content conversion.
• Advise on creator data flow to establish measurable and defensible long-term advantages.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing science, ad measurement, or analytics with a track record of influencing decisions.
• Experience at a platform creator-monetization team (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Meta) or a measurement-focused performance shop.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to New York, NY.
• Strong knowledge of incrementality testing, causal inference, and the limitations of last-click attribution.
• Proficiency in SQL and a scripting language such as Python or R.

Nice to have

• Experience with cross-platform measurement across YouTube, TikTok, and Meta.
• Hands-on experience shipping geo-experiments or matched-market tests.
• Familiarity with major social ecosystem platform APIs.
• Previous experience working directly with creators or talent.
