What you will do

  • Deliver actionable customer insights to increase sales and profit for client loyalty programs.
  • Build and maintain audience lists to support targeted CRM campaigns and engagement goals.
  • Develop data visualizations and narratives to communicate analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to design new tools, models, and data sources.
  • Create learning agendas and test plans to maximize KPIs such as incremental ROI and LTV.
  • Manage workflow, scope, and prioritization of client requests and company investments.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in customer analytics, marketing, or CRM.
  • Experience with data exploration and visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Sigma.
  • Proven success using customer segmentation techniques (RFM, cluster analysis, regression modeling).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Solid project management skills for handling multiple concurrent projects.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL programming.
  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or an MBA.
  • Deep knowledge of fundamental marketing and loyalty principles.
