What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering component teams to deliver scalable and extensible software solutions.
• Translate business and user requirements into developer-oriented user stories and product specifications.
• Document detailed acceptance criteria for developers and QA teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Own team backlogs and prioritize epics, features, and user stories following Agile methodologies.
• Lead and participate in Agile meetings and ceremonies.
• Perform acceptance testing and document detailed reproduction steps for identified bugs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, preferably in a technical role for a SaaS product.
• Advanced expertise in Jira, alongside proficiency in Confluence and Figma.
• Technical fluency to discuss architectural concepts and trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in product development with the ability to validate output.
• Availability to work during US East Coast office hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex technical information to executives and engineers.
