What you will do
- Collaborate with engineering component teams to deliver scalable and extensible software solutions.
- Translate business and user requirements into developer-oriented user stories and product specifications.
- Document detailed acceptance criteria for developers and QA teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Own team backlogs and prioritize epics, features, and user stories following Agile methodologies.
- Lead and participate in Agile meetings and ceremonies.
- Perform acceptance testing and document detailed reproduction steps for identified bugs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, preferably in a technical role for a SaaS product.
- Advanced expertise in Jira, alongside proficiency in Confluence and Figma.
- Technical fluency to discuss architectural concepts and trade-offs with engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in product development with the ability to validate output.
- Availability to work during US East Coast office hours.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex technical information to executives and engineers.

Hiring process
