What you will do

  • Lead business requirements analysis by interpreting and validating AI-generated outputs to align with client objectives.
  • Manage the entire requirements lifecycle, including defining, validating, and refining specifications.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams to ensure AI-driven solutions are aligned for delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams regarding project scope and deliverables.
  • Develop structured, modular documentation using Markdown for system behavior and user experience flows.
  • Implement AI-driven practices within the SDLC to optimize requirements, testing, and validation workflows.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in software development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a hybrid BA/QA role within Agile environments.
  • Strong familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Proficiency in Jira for managing backlogs and workflows.
  • English: Fluent proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with BPMN and process flows.
