What you will do

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly processes company-wide.
• Ensure manufacturability, resolve BOM and routing errors, and manage ECO implementations.
• Develop tooling, fixtures, and optimized manufacturing methods, including line balancing and process flows.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing techniques and processes to improve production efficiency.
• Develop project cost estimates, justifications, and evaluate new technologies.
• Coordinate new product introduction initiatives across the Operations organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process development, and ECO implementation.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Pro-Engineer, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to pass a security investigation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with advanced ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Experience in teaching, training, and leading project teams.
