Salary: $149,500 - $221,220 per annum

What you will do

• Design highly sophisticated CMOS transceiver/SERDES products.
• Perform architectural investigations and implementation for circuits including PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, and CDRs.
• Conduct design verification using industry-standard tools like SPICE, Spectre, and MATLAB.
• Manage layout activities in nanometric technologies and supervise physical design.
• Characterize, debug, and validate designs independently in the lab.
• Generate design documentation and application specifications, supporting customers and FAEs.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs, Filters, Bandgap bias, regulators).
• Proficiency in IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Hsim, and Verilog.
• Experience with low power and high-speed design techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5-10 years of experience, or Master's/PhD with 3-5 years of experience.
• Lab testing skills to evaluate prototype units against design specifications.
