Location: Lisbon, Portugal; office-first setup with the possibility to work remotely for 52 days per year.

Pulse is an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre sellers and part of Group, an international group of e-commerce marketplace businesses headquartered in Lisbon.
What you will do
- Provide full-cycle legal support for Pulse, from daily operations to complex agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents.
- Work closely with the tax team on fiscal requirements in Brazil.
- Monitor and control regulatory exposure.
- Maintain the corporate structure required for business operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a B2C product company with IT at its core.
- Strong contract law knowledge and drafting skills, including contracts, RoPA, and DPIA documents.
- Project management skills and the ability to break down complex tasks, identify stakeholders, and define required inputs and outputs.
- Curiosity and drive to apply AI in legal work.
- Fluent English at C1+ level required.
- Ability to find the right tools and people to accomplish tasks.

- Experience with e-commerce or marketplaces.
- Fluent Portuguese at C1+ level.
