Location: Office-first in Lisbon, Portugal (hybrid possibility for up to 52 days per year)

What you will do

• Provide full-cycle legal support for JoomPulse, from daily operations to complex agreements.
• Collaborate closely with the tax team to navigate fiscal requirements in Brazil.
• Monitor and control regulatory exposure for the business.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts based on Brazilian law.
• Maintain corporate structure to enable seamless operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a B2C product firm with an IT core.
• Core competencies in Brazilian contract law.
• Fluent (C1+) English and Portuguese.
• Strong drafting skills for contracts, RoPA, and DPIA.
• Project management skills and ability to decompose complex tasks.
• Based in or able to work from the Lisbon office.
