What you will do

• Resolve in-depth technical questions from dealers regarding product set-up, operation, and repairs.
• Perform electrical diagnosis and troubleshoot engine and transmission issues.
• Execute warranty pre-approvals and process basic warranty claims.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to resolve discovered product issues.
• Manage consumer escalations and log all interactions using CRM.
• Support dealers with the use of internet-based applications.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent technical school education.
• 4 years of experience in the Outdoor Power Equipment industry or similar.
• 4 years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably via telephone.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
