What you will do

  • Prescreen and review new orders and returned approvals to release projects on time.
  • Manage the full Order Management process and resolve barriers to project schedules.
  • Create and maintain production schedules to optimize manufacturing resources.
  • Review architectural drawings and technical documentation for Modernization (MOD) & Components data.
  • Prepare release orders for suppliers to ensure precise equipment delivery.
  • Maintain job information in the mainframe system and coordinate with manufacturing and sales teams.

Requirements

  • High School or Technical School diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s in a construction-related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of related work experience, preferably in construction.
  • Must be based in Germantown, TN.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and architectural drawings.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
