What you will do

• Provide general support to Project Managers and local teams throughout all project phases, including estimating, execution, and close-out.
• Review contracts, specifications, and associated project documentation.
• Coordinate job opening, invoicing, and project close-out processes with local offices and administrators.
• Collaborate with sales and site teams to develop and implement project management tools.
• Manage project scope, process changes, and track schedules and deliverables.
• Update project tracking tools and generate weekly project reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Technical Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship will be provided for this position.
• Willingness to travel within North America approximately 10% of the time.
