What you will do

• Oversee the planning, development, issuing, and progress tracking of all Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Installation Work Packages (IWPs).
• Collaborate with Discipline Superintendents and Construction Coordinators to resolve issues regarding design, schedules, material deliveries, and quality.
• Manage and supervise construction coordinators, coordinating workloads and optimizing process flows.
• Interface with Engineering to interpret Requests for Information (RFI) and ensure constructible responses.
• Review contractor Look-Ahead Schedules and maintain accurate daily site records.
• Actively promote and enforce a rigorous safety culture and quality control standards on-site.

Requirements

• Typically 6+ years of experience in project controls, construction, or construction management.
• Previous supervisory experience in a similar facility construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and interpretation of engineering drawings.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor in extreme weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle record searches.
