What you will do

• Manage end-to-end scheduling and execution of compactors, balers, and related waste equipment installations.
• Act as the primary liaison between sales teams, customers, contractors, and field technicians.
• Review contracts and installation requirements to ensure accuracy and technical feasibility.
• Procure necessary permits, equipment, and third-party services such as rigging and electrical work.
• Track project timelines from order approval through completion and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate installation documentation and customer records within CRM/ERP systems.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in project coordination, logistics, or equipment installation within the waste industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience interpreting site plans, contracts, and technical specifications.
• Working knowledge of compactor/baler equipment and installation requirements.
• Familiarity with permitting processes and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
• Ability to travel and/or work onsite up to 25% on an annual basis.
