Senior DevOps Engineer

TL;DR

Senior DevOps Engineer: Deploying, maintaining, and optimizing high-load cloud and on-premises infrastructure with an accent on Kubernetes orchestration, GitOps workflows, and Infrastructure as Code. Focus on ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security through proactive monitoring, incident response, and collaborative architecture design.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland (Hybrid/On-site options available in Yerevan, Limassol, and Warsaw).

What you will do

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using GitLab CI and Argo CD.
• Manage Cloudflare services including DNS, CDN, WAF, and SSL/TLS configurations.
• Monitor system health, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and application reliability.
• Automate operational tasks using Terraform and Ansible.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS EKS.
• Proficiency in IaC (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, DNS).
• Experience supporting high-load, highly available production systems.
• Must be located in or willing to work from Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenStack.
• Knowledge of HashiCorp Vault.
• Experience with Terragrunt.
