What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and TeamCity.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management for AWS environments using Terraform.
• Implement release strategies including blue-green deployments, canary releases, and feature flags.
• Develop automation scripts and tools in Python and Bash to streamline operational tasks.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD best practices and ensure quality gates.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and perform root cause analysis to implement preventive measures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, CI/CD, or Automation Engineering role.
• Strong practical experience with GitLab CI for pipeline orchestration and Python for automation.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of AWS core services including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, ECS, EKS, and Lambda.
• Solid understanding of Git workflows such as GitFlow and trunk-based development.
• Must be located in one of the specified office cities or available for remote work from Bulgaria, Georgia, or Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring platforms like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Datadog.
• Knowledge of Amazon Bedrock and containerization with Docker.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Previous experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
