What you will do

• Design and test AI-powered workflows and Libra Assistants across key legal domains.
• Partner directly with law firms and corporate legal departments to map processes and configure tailored AI solutions.
• Translate legal expertise into structured data and prompts to ensure accurate and legally robust AI outputs.
• Support customer pilots and proof-of-concepts using real legal documents and research workflows.
• Provide actionable insights to Product and Engineering teams to improve prompt quality and domain coverage.
• Create learning materials for the Libra Academy to drive user adoption and success.

Requirements

• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• 2-5 years of experience in private practice or in-house legal roles.
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex legal processes into logical steps.
• Ability to engage and guide both technical teams and legal stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for AI and legal innovation.

• Experience in legal tech, product management, or automation projects.
