What you will do
- Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI ecosystems, including advanced RAG architectures and multi-agent systems.
- Act as a strategic advisor for C-suite stakeholders, translating business challenges into technical AI roadmaps.
- Support sales and pre-sales by shaping AI opportunities and contributing to proposals.
- Set the standard for AI engineering practices, systematic LLM evaluation, and robust MLOps/LLMOps pipelines.
- Develop reusable proprietary assets to accelerate client delivery.
- Mentor Senior AI Engineers to bridge the gap between data science and production-grade software.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep, hands-on experience in Python and cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Proven track record of moving GenAI projects beyond chatbots into complex, integrated production systems.
- German language skills at C1/C2 level are mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Expert knowledge of IaC, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to have
- Cloud Architect or Data Engineer certifications (e.g., DP-600, AZ-204, or AWS Pro).
- Experience with Vector Databases (Qdrant, Pinecone) and Orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Background in professional consulting or agency environments.
