What you will do

• Run AI Use Case Workshops and Department Deep-Dives to identify high-impact opportunities for customers.
• Build and deploy production-ready agents, custom integrations, and MCP servers.
• Serve as the technical expert during sales processes, creating tailored demos and proof-of-concept environments.
• Develop reusable resources, including templates and reference architectures, to enable customer self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify platform limitations and influence the product roadmap.
• Automate internal workflows using agentic coding tools and the company platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting.
• Proven experience delivering high-impact technical outcomes for enterprise customers in complex organizations.
• Proficiency in writing production-quality code in JavaScript and Python, with knowledge of HTML/CSS and APIs.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and the ability to design multi-step agent workflows and MCP servers.
• English: C1+ level required.
• Location: Must be based in or relocate to Berlin (100% on-site).

Nice to have

• Fluency in German (strong plus for German-speaking enterprise clients).
• Background in technical consulting, AI-native companies, or early-stage startups.
• Experience with developer tools or enterprise platform products.
