Salary: $107,000 - $168,000 base + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Translate product vision into production-ready code, owning end-to-end execution of financial workflow features.
• Drive the transition to a self-service model and assist with global geographic expansion of the platform.
• Integrate Agentic AI to enable execution of complex, natural-language-driven tasks within workflows.
• Maintain service health through design docs, robust monitoring, and optimizing distributed systems for fault tolerance.
• Participate in deep technical reviews and pair programming to maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• 2-5 years of experience building service-oriented architectures, preferably on AWS.
• Strong understanding of web application design patterns and modern deployment methodologies.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Experience with distributed systems and high-concurrency tasks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with stateful orchestration systems such as Temporal, n8n, or Pipedream.
