What you will do

• Execute the print manufacturing and operations strategy aligned with cost, quality, delivery, and growth objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end print production operations, including planning, scheduling, printing, finishing, packaging, and distribution.
• Manage the performance, governance, and risk of the external manufacturing vendor network.
• Oversee facilities management, maintenance, and plant engineering to ensure reliable operations and maximize uptime.
• Own operating and capital budgets, monitoring KPIs and driving productivity improvements across labor and workflows.
• Build and develop high-performing manufacturing leadership teams and collaborate cross-functionally across DFIN.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with pre-press, digital and offset printing, and logistics processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing process management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Executive-level experience in high-volume, regulated manufacturing environments.
• Must be based on-site in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
