What you will do

• Maintain books and records for private equity structures and load financial data into internal systems.
• Prepare and review consolidations across investment structures using various consolidation rules.
• Manage cash payments, accruals, and third-party reconciliations of investments and cash.
• Calculate capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest.
• Produce NAV packages and investor allocations for each cycle.
• Collaborate with clients, banks, and auditors to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Financial Accounting, Fund Accounting, or Audit.
• Must be located in or able to work in Halifax, NS, Canada.
• CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification.
• Experience with Private Equity or Private Debt is preferred.
