What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of AI platform from roadmap to global rollout.
• Partner with engineers on prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails balancing latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Act as technical translator for engineering and organization, establishing AI best practices.
• Drive improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates via experimentation.
• Collaborate with OpenAI partners to deploy voice models and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years in management consulting or technical product management at fast-paced startup
• Deep interest in modern LLM systems for regulated production environments
• Comfortable with technical discussions on API design and system architecture
• Familiarity with SQL for data-driven decisions and hypothesis validation
• Systems thinking to translate complex concepts and navigate tradeoffs
