hirify.global is a profitable pre-IPO startup building an AI-powered super app to radically simplify car ownership.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end expansion of acquisition channels including affiliates, direct mail, and emerging ad networks.
  • Develop and execute the innovative channel roadmap to identify high-potential growth opportunities.
  • Pioneer the adoption of AI agents to accelerate marketing testing and automate operational workflows.
  • Design rigorous experiments and analyze full-funnel metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and creative teams to build the necessary infrastructure for channel success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing across multiple channels.
  • Must be based in the USA (specific hubs include Palo Alto, Athens, Austin, Chicago, Durham, Miami, or New York).
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability with a knack for storytelling through data.
  • Experience or high interest in applying AI tools and agents to strategic marketing.
  • Ability to structure complex problems, ideally with a consulting background (MBB preferred).
