Salary: $110,400 - $135,000

What you will do

• Support new product introduction from prototype to high volume manufacturing.
• Drive process development and optimization for memory modules, embedded flash, and 3D packages using design of experiments.
• Solve complex process engineering problems and implement solutions.
• Perform DFM reviews and provide technical guidance to worldwide engineering teams.
• Provide technical support on NPI and process issues to internal and external customers.
• Drive improvements in SMT, mechanical assembly, PCBA rework, and develop new production capabilities.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience selecting and qualifying engineering materials like thermal interfaces, adhesives, underfill, conformal coating.
• Data-driven decision making using Six Sigma tools for process performance analysis and improvements.
• Good communication skills for customer interactions.
